Play area rules
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children, we ask every family to follow these rules during their visit to Miniville.
Child supervision
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Accompanying adults must remain in the Miniville space for the entire duration of the visit.
- Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult inside the play area.
Behaviour & safety
- Pushing, hitting and any aggressive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks are mandatory for everyone.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the play area. The café area is reserved for consumption.
- Personal toys and outdoor equipment (strollers, scooters) are not permitted in the play area.
Miniville Boisbriand reserves the right to ask anyone who does not respect these rules to leave the premises, without refund.
Health & hygiene
The health of all our little visitors is our top priority. We maintain high hygiene standards and count on families to contribute.
Sick children
- Please do not bring a child showing symptoms of a contagious illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, unexplained rash, conjunctivitis, etc.).
- A 48-hour symptom-free period is recommended before returning after a stomach bug or any contagious illness.
Hand hygiene
- Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and throughout the space. We encourage regular use.
- Toys and play area surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our team.
Allergies
Although we are mindful of food allergies in our café area, Miniville is not an allergen-free environment. Please inform our team upon arrival if your child has severe allergies.
Cancellation policy
We understand that unexpected events are part of family life. Here is our cancellation policy for activity and visit bookings.

Private events
Deposit & confirmation
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the chosen package is required to confirm your private event booking.
- The balance is payable on the day of the event.
- Service fees apply to all packages.
- Ordered add-ons (cakes, decorations, etc.) must be confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
Private event cancellation
- No refund is possible for private events.
- If you wish to change the date, it will be subject to the centre's availability and is unfortunately not guaranteed. The deposit will be retained in all cases.
Capacity & duration
- The duration varies by package: 2 hours (Room rental), 3 hours (Fun & Exclusive) or 4 hours (Prestige).
- Any time beyond the scheduled duration will be billed at $75 per 30 additional minutes, subject to availability.
- Outside food and cakes are permitted only with prior agreement from our team.
Photos & privacy
Miniville Boisbriand may take photos and videos during visits and events for communication purposes (social media, website, promotional materials).
- If you do not wish your child to appear in our photos, please inform our team upon arrival. Your request will be respected.
- Personal photos are welcome. However, we ask that you avoid photographing other families' children without their consent.
- Your personal information collected during bookings is used solely to manage your visit and is never shared with third parties.
Liability
Miniville Boisbriand is committed to maintaining a safe and well-maintained environment. However, responsibility for children lies at all times with the parents or legal guardians present.
- Miniville Boisbriand cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow play area rules or lack of parental supervision.
- We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises. A storage area is available at the entrance.
- In the event of intentional damage to equipment by a child, replacement costs may be claimed from the parents.
